Yes, I've heard of EFT and I've tried it (personally and under a EFT Practitioner). I did not notice any effects. It could be that I have "too many" layers to tap on or my stress overload right is overshadowing any subtle effects. I honestly don't know why it didn't seem to make a difference. This (and many other reasons) is why I feel hopeless. I read about people saying something was a "miracle" for them or such-and-such helped and I wonder what is *wrong* with me that it didn't help me. I still get Craig's newsletters and I will revisit this in the future when I can get a handle on the daily crying and fight-or-flight.
