Zach, your brilliant looking puppy there is reflecting a "honeymoon stage" with the diet you have unnaturally forced upon him. He is merely showing the effects of not having to metabolize garbage for a while. Sooner or later, your puppy will start to show symptoms of deficiency and later full on deterioration. I challenge you to do another slightly more open minded experiment. Offer him on one plate, his favorite fruit, and also a piece of organic raw calves liver, and get back to us on what he does. He may eat the fruit, but I seriously doubt he will leave the liver untouched... his eating the liver reflects pure instinct unburdened by intellectual ideology which is what your dealing with my friend. One week is a very poor test of the long range effects of a diet, do the test at least?
