Hi!! I see what you are saying, and I am definitely going to try your method out.. is there any advice on if you start feeling like you are going to faint, though? If it is all mental- how would you explain blacking out, and knees giving out?? I can admit- the more that I DO rest, the more I feel weak. Which makes sense.... so maybe i'll try and work myself to the point where I can run 5 miles =0p I can't wait to get this energy spurt. I've never felt this drained in a fast before!
