Yes I use the Epsom Salt you can buy at any drugstore. It says "not for internal use" but it works fine for me and others who have tried it. If you are constipated the epsom will releive that in short order. Constipation backs up your whole system and makes it harder for your body to detoxify. Headaches are common with constipation.
