I went in search of Epsom Salt in the health stores and at a super market. Is this the general Epsom Salt people use for soaking their legs and hands or is there a seperate one for Liver Flush ? The guys at these stores showed me Epsom Salt they had and said it's not for internal consumption. Let me know if it's the same thing. Also would it good to do a Colon Cleanse and kidney cleanse before doing a liver cleanse since my motions are also not ok. I'm getting headaches for the past 2-3 days. MAy be constipation is the reason for this.
