Start with 1 drop of mms to 5 drops of citric acid (or fresh squezed lemon or lime juice) stir and wait 3 minutes add to this purified water or any juice that does not have any added vitimin C. Natural vitimin C is of. You should take this after a meal and twice per day. Every day increase the dose by 1 drop until you reach 15 drops twice per day. Keep in mind to add 5 drops of citric acid to each drop of the mms soluction. So, 10 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement + 50 drops citric acid .
Once you get to 15 drops twice a day, stay on it for 2 weeks and then drop to a maintenance does of 10 drops twice daily.
