hey natalia (sorry for delayed reply.. im in Australia) yeah fibre does!! both types of fibre irritate me, particularly insoluble fibres however. Baked beans give me horrible gas sometimes, nuts if consumed too highly give me gas as well, and meusli is absolutely shocking giving me horrible cramps, gas and increased BM's. Fruit seems to go down well apart from the increase in BM's and vegies I'm not really sure of as of yet!!
