So then, when exactly is the best time to drink water? Just sip all day? I want to drink water most about 30 minutes or so after I eat, so would it be bad to drink a cup or two at this time?
This seems so contradictory to me. I am supposed to drink a lot of water, but just sip it during the day and then don't drink a lot with meals?
Sorry for acting so confused; I guess this is basic stuff that I should already know.
Yes, I was in France a few years ago and they hardly drink anything with their meals; even the soda bottles they serve at resturants are tiny. Here in Japan, people mostly drink tea with their meals, though where I live they are used to americans so most resturants will serve large glasses of soda/beer/water. At fast food places, the soda cups are much smaller than in the US (my husband doesn't like that - LOL).
