Thanks for the tip about sipping water. I have never really wanted to drink a lot of water at once unless it was at a meal. I thought there was something wrong with me because all of the "experts" tell you to drink a lot of water.
I just water-fasted today, except for lunch I had a cup of water with 1 tablespoon of superfood and a little agave nectar. Then I had salad and chicken and a large slice of pizza (sbarro's) for dinner (okay, I shouldn't have eaten the pizza); I did drink quite a bit of water with/after dinner. I just had a grapefruit and now it is almost time for bed.
I will try sipping water again tomorrow. I am really starting to like my superfood; when I first bought it months ago, I thought it was disgusting and had to mix it in a shake with all kinds of sweet things.
