Hi,
Thanks so much for that information. It does help. Have you tried any of the expensive air filtration/purifiers they have for those with MCS? There is one for about 1000 dollars I found. (Quite expensive) But it is suppose to be safe for those with MCS and also purify the air of VOCs, forest fire smoke, burnt food smells, mold and mildew, formaldehyde,and the list goes on. I have been thinking if I can get myself to stay on a strict regime of what I originally mentioned in my above post, and get an air filtration system then I might be able to really get myself up and going again. It's so hard when we are constantly assaulted by hazards on a daily basis.
