In answer to your question, no, I was not doing the urine therapy when I started getting sick from the mercury and sulfur. I am terrible when it comes to keeping up with any protocol. Mostly because I have several things going on with my body. I have an ulcer, weak adrenals, gallbladder problems. Everytime I try to heal my ulcer with something like cabbage juice my blood Sugar ends up all crazy or atleast it use to, and/or my gallbladder acts up really bad. Then when I would go to try and eat or do something for my gallbladder so I could take care of my ulcer it would cause problems with my adrenal glands. Urine therapy hurts my stomach so when I take it for my adrenal health I end up hurting my stomach really bad and it just keeps going in circles like that. Any how I was not doing urine therapy on a regular basis when I was exposed to the mercury. I probably could have helped myself by making some drops out of it but I guess it did not cross my mind at the time. I know it's pretty gross at times. Sometimes still, I throw up when doing it. It's not so bad if you eat a lot of fresh raw vegetables and lots of water. When I eat like that it is no different then water. But a lot of times I have to go back to a high protein and fat diet to help my adrenal glands cope.
I understand your apprehensions toward trying it. Just know that the sooner you start the better you will be for it. I read on curezone for such a long time on it but could not get myself to try it for the longest time. I eventually started out with urine therapy as a sort of pack laid on my skin on certain areas and I would pour it on my head and face. I saw so much results from that after a month or 2 that I knew from then on out I should have started this a long time ago. But the ick factor always kept me away from it:) Tweet
