Yeah thanks .. thats pretty much common sense to change your diet. Thats the first thing I did. Im on a very strict diet now ... only part im not going to like about that is the weight loss. I lift weights and I dont want to loss my muscle mass to much. High protein but the weight is still going to come down from the low carb and no sugar. I never ate a lot of Sugar anyways .. so it would be mainly from the low carb.
