Re: Colonix "plus" these 4 things? Or should I wait

I would take the olive oil and gluatamine at the same time as the colonix--you want to start repairing the gut right away after you've killed off fungus/parasites.

If the enzyme is a proteolytic enzyme, which is what I am thinking you are saying when you said multi-enzyme (Proteolytic enzymes reduce inflammation in the gut), you'd want to take that at least 1/2 hr before a meal or 2 hrs after a meal (its recommended to take them on an empty stomach. I would take the probiotic 1 hour after the colonix, olive extract, enzyme or a meal, because you want to give the probiotic a fighting chance to get to your intestines without interference from high stomach acids (produced upon ingesting anything!). I know this may sound complicated, but mostly you need to remember to take the proteolytic enzyme and probiotic away from other substances (including food) and eachother so they can do their respective jobs without interference.
