Doesn't matter, as long as your colonix doesn't flush the other stuff out of your system. In other words, take other supplements at least 30 minutes after colonix.


Just a few notes on this. Although it sounds "ok" and these steps have worked (somewhat) for some people, I'm not sure if you're doing it but you need some kind of diet change as well. Diet is the most important thing imo and the only reason Candida are here is because we're overfeeding them and there is too much undigested waste in the gut.

The other thing is that some people don't find every anti-fungal that effective, for example, I didn't find olive leaf to be effective at all. But it's ok for some. Also, Candida eventually become immune to a particular anti-fungal, so it's good to rotate them somewhat. I'd have around at least one other one that I could rotate in for 3 months (if this is all working).
