Colonix "plus" these 4 things? Or should I wait
I am on my 2nd month of colonix. I believe I have candida (yeast overgrowth) and I came accross a site and someone said to treat that with 4 things.
"To correct it there are 4 things that need to be done:
1- Olive leaf extract (to kill the yeast)
2- PB-8 or another excellent probiotic (to keep the yeast from coming back.)
3-Glutamine (5 grams 2x a day), or IntestiNew, to repair the holes the yeast makes in the gut.
4- A good multi-enzyme (to de-stress the digestive tract while the gut is healed.)"
My first question, because I cant seem to reach the person that said this, is ... is it a good idea to wait until I finish my 3rd month of colonix and then start taking these? Or will it be ok to start taking now?
Second question is ... how do I take these 4 things? All at the same time or do I take it in the order as above taking one bottle at a time until Im done with 1 whole bottle and then go to second thing?
As far as dosage .. I guess take the recommended dosage on bottle. Thanks
