I want to put out something I did at one time.
I read in some alternative books that garlic remvoes plague. People whenever they
had a cold garlic placed at botton of sole night time ..and in morning the garlic
travels up the bottom of sole going up the body.

I don't know if this is true garlic comment is exactly truth...one book varies from
another book- (below):
Regarding clearing plague from heart. (I say this in case some
can not use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right at the moment.) I would not chew up garlic I would only cut
in finely and swallow. I learnt from a 100 yr old herbalist woman that timing of
taking her medicine was just as important as taking the medicine.

I say that to say this that when you take garlic pieces for plague in the heart is very important timing or garlic will do something else for the body.

Old recipe cut garlic fine and use fresh lemon juice (L.Juice twice the amount to garlic in recipe). In a jar put in fridge to keep.
