Jessesmom - Intense protocol

Thanks for your posts, they are very interesting. I have never managed to get out any parasites out with that sort of protocol, it just actually made things worse for me. Like, I would never dare to up the dosage of the herbs during full moon becuase it caused scattering for me when I did.

And whenever I do a liver flush I just feel worse because it is so plugged up with parasites. So I think you are really brave to be in war with the monsters. I just wonder why there is such a difference between people? Some people really have succes with these protocols whilst others have the opposite.

Do you often do enemas to get them out? I have tried to do a coffee enema several times but my colon is too raw for enemas, and I have never got out worms with them anyway, hmm...

It has been difficult for me to see worms, sometimes one get mushed by a bm and is dragged out, but other than that nothing gets them out. I have been eating tons or raw ginger root and garlic, enough to kill a horse, but still nothing. I have done lots of fibershakes to scrape things out, but no success either.
