Re: Parasites active at night, looking for food?

Hello:

"It is so painful when they do that and I wonder if its them moving around that hurts, or if they are really eating "flesh"?"

I believe that it is both. Even the smallest of things embedded into the flesh, like a tiny splinter, can cause pain and irritation. The body is their food source as parasites.
