Re: What is happening to me?!!

Sounds like part of what I have been through. I don't think it is normal, unless you mean if it is normal for a severely sick person, then I would say yes. The bloating may indicate your kidneys are having a hard time with all the toxins. Try soaking in a very warm Epsom Salt bath, also take a pinch before drinking a glass of water a few times a day. Check into the kidney cleanse, there is all kind of stuff parsley tea, watermellon, cranberry pills and juice, Celery Tea to name a few, that will help your kidneys. I have not had to worry about weight gain since I started taking Iodine check out the Iodine forum, it is best to go slow as the sicker you are the more severe are the detox symtoms from the Iodine wiping out the invaderer. Vitimin B are very important for your mood, I use a spray B12 that works great for a burst of energy, also take biotin, B2 and bee pollen. I used a good quality foot detox pads and lost a shoe size and BO, plus felt better. I use H202, ozone, colliodal silver, grow my own vegetables, eat lots of fresh herbs drink goldenseal tea. I forgot mention vitimin C have used up to 20 grams a day of that at times(always good). I'm sure there is more ACV comes to mind(you can read my profile for everything I done). I have been on a three year quest to regain my health and have made much progress. Hope some of this helps, you will get better, there is just no easy way out.
