Im not sure, but exercising has helped me a lot. I know go for a walk or jog during my 30min lunch break and am also on the candida diet. If you are on the candida diet and a exercising and drinking enough water then those symptoms will get better.
Before i started i used to say i didnt like to exercise, but that was just that lazy person inside me telling me to hope for the best with out doing all i can.
So if after you start walking at least 30mins a day and you still have those symptoms i dont know what to say. As kids we run around all day and fight sickness
very well, we could fall, brake bones and would heal much faster with less pain.
