On my IF, i'm not even eating breakfast. I have already decided when i do eat breakfast it will be fruit only. It is so easily digested, you want to eat that first so it doesn't get trapped and starts fermenting.
I think i'm just a bit frightened by food combining. I'm not sure if it will come easily to me. I will indeed start to read up on it and see if it is something i can incorporate into mine and my families life easily. I think i've learnt through Chris's posts. No protein and carbs together?? only Carb with salad or plant based foods, or protein with salad etc, so no beans, cheese or egg on toast i suppose. Correct me if i'm totally wrong lol
