Re: Trusting the trustworthy
If you work to release your expectations, then you
do not set yourself or others up to disappoint you
and you also free yourself up to enjoy what life
has to offer you. It is a process so keep up the
good work to raise your awareness of your own motivations
and ways you treat yourself and others. Things will
feel more comfortable. Your old dysfunctional
"comfort zone" was perhaps not fun but it was what
you were used to. You have left that comfort zone though
and are in transition. Once you become comfortable
with your choices and can trust yourself to make
decisions which say YES to YOU, you will find that
you will feel the peace and trust you seek. With
more distance, in your new comfort zone, you will
also gain a lot of perspective and a greater appreciation
of how much you have done to get away from where you
were before you began to let go of all the old issues
and emotional baggage...
Blessings & best wishes,
