Re: how i cured my acne 7 months ago!! take the 2 week challenge!!!!
The flax-seed and Fish Oil are both high in Omega 3 essential fatty acids and those can help regulate hormones and mood swings. You may not need to give up your fruit completely, just stick to the less sweet ones or limit the total intake of your favorite fruits. Eat plenty of leafy green veggies, plus beans to keep up your protein. I know you are very underweight and that too strict a diet may not be good for you.
I am sorry to butt in, but so many of your recent posts have sounded like you are very discouraged and depressed. Perhaps because I am fighting these feelings myself, I feel (and, yes, worry) for you.
I never had the cystic
Acne you have, just a couple of painful huge cysts once a month, however, I had pimples for nearly thirty years. When I was in my forties I started
Liver Flushing and the Master Cleanse. My skin improved dramatically. The two things that worked so well for me may not be for you. But, the flax-seed and fish oil may prove to be a benefit along with a diet free of refined sugars and low in natural sugars and simple starches. By the way, I buy whole golden flax-seed and use an inexpensive coffee grinder ($15.00 at WalMart) to grind the seeds fresh everytime I use them. This may be a no-no, but I liked to stir the ground flax-seeds into a half cup of unsweetened applesauce for breakfast. Sometimes I would add ground raw pumpkin seeds or walnuts to the pudding like mix. I used this instead of cereal.
