I love your description of why yeast overgrows in the first place! Thansk for posting that. I have said over and over again on the forums that candida is there to help your body from going into a worse state from all the toxins we carry, but that has been usually dismissed. Maybe people will think about it now. I hope so. To grasp the concept helps to change the healing plan from one of attack to one of balance. Tweet
