Re: what is 'colon lift'?

Hi San,

a 'colon lift' was putting me on an inversion board, than pushing my colon back up to where it belonged. It was not fun nor light...meaning it did hurt but the bloat in my stomach seemed to go down some. When she would move it, the first few times, there was deep bruising.

I think my stomach would have gone down more, had I watched my eating. I did not.

I am going back on the inversion table today. I stopped a week ago today. My back started hurting. I was not sure if it was my bed, the table or what. I am willing to go with the emotional aspects of it and other than being tight (which is why I am definitely going to use table today) my back is feeling better.

After I get off the table I am going to roll on balls to release even more.

Have an Awe-filled day, San!

Peace,
Beth
