Hey Sanc. or whomever...
I just started using my IT, this past week. When my brother was here on Tuesday, I was able to do 3 levels. Now, I just go to full incline :D. I was going to check into why yet I do not feel (mostly) uncomfortable upside down. Yesterday, I did it for like 12 minutes. Hanging there, doing partial crunches, stimulating my scalp and just "chillin'".
My question is though yesterday my lower back was slightly sore. Meaning, I kind of noticed it while working...it was not intense just 'there'. Any idea if this is just from releasing pressure from there and now I am noticing it more, as it leaves my body?
My shoulders feel like they are getting looser! I will find out when I go to my massuesse in 3 weeks.
Also, did anyone ever mention what it will feel like or how will it be known, when the lymph begins flowing properly?
