Twelve minutes is long for the first time, or even
the second time. Allow your muscles to build up
strength. Rocking back and forth as if your body
were on a large tilt board is also beneficial.
Going all the way upside down is not even required
for a good lymph massage. It is good for when you
decompress and learn to rock your spine so the
inversion pulls out kinks, so to speak. Gentle
moving back and forth a few feet each way is fine
too.

My table came with a video tape which was helpful.
It you research a little more you can probably
find schedules geared to new inverters. It is also
a good idea to drink a little water after inverting.

blessings,
Zoe
