I have to say here to help avoid any false assumptions.

Yes, I'm born deaf, and the deafness was caused by administering a banned Antibiotic to my mother in 4th month of her pregnancy because of high fever. The Antibiotic is called streptomycin which was banned in the 1950-1960 or so. The medication was given 10 years later after it was banned.
