Re: yes it is!

the below paragraph was quoted from previous C.I.A. document:

"My posts are primarily for the benefit of the new people here who are seeking concrete direction...for safety and an enjoyable cleanse. Please don't take anything
personal. I can't say what is good for one is right or wrong. I am just trying to be a big brother to those that have no idea which way to go or what to believe.
Following the book is a roadmap, of course. I'm a guy , do you think I use a map?
Yet in this case I do and have never been lost except when I went on a side road.
I quickly learned, the HARD way, to stay on the road."

This is an open forum and 100s of folks are here reading them. I only point out that which I truly believe to be detrimental to someone's well being who is not familiar with this cleanse or fasting. I'm glad you are an experienced faster... then you will agree how important it is to adhere in the beginning. I'm sure you do.I know I was totally confused when I first came here four years ago, and if some 'experienced' faster was telling me it was ok to eat on the fast I would be even more confused...kinda like I am now....! :)

I truly believe in the power of the individual, yet an individual may not realize the power unless they learn to say no. It is not that hard or difficult.

Oh, by the way , the longest Master-Cleanse I have ever done is 45 days and I don't cheat on any of them. That way , FOR ME, it's easier not to cheat off of the cleanse.

Another NEWS FLASH: Each McCocktail , full strengh, 2+2=105 calories!!!!!
If one is drinking only 6 then that is 630 calories... 6x105=630

Many people tryng to 'reduce', who follow the instructions, add only 1 tablespoon of maple to their lemonade...each tablespoon of maple syrup = 50 calories
50x6=300 calories. The lemon and the cayenne have minimal calories... water has zero (0)calories. It would take apx 12 lemonades to reach 1200 calories!
12x100=1200. I actually drink that many...anybody else? This is all elementary, or
should be.

I think it's a wise idea , depending on your size of course , to shoot for 8-12.

For the new folks trying to lose, it's always safer to drink full strength lemonadess ,in my opinion, the first MC...figured I'd put something pertainent
in there.

Sorry, amberlynn, that you got so bent...BUT, if my advise helps someone else I'm glad, as you will do what you will do, and I'm elated that your way works for you, I really am. ' Good luck '. Sorry if you feel insulted, it was Never my intention!

happy cleansing to all!

Peace is right on !
