Re: terramin clay and toxisity question

I use Terramin Clay for tooth brushing. I also take it internally. It is the one "supplement" I really notice within days when I stop taking it internally. Where does your reference for the aluminum hydroxide come from? I suspect this is true of all natural clays from my research as well. The amount will vary from clay to clay and batch to batch I am sure, but for the most part aluminum would be a real small part of the whole.

I am well aware that terramin clay contains many minerals as follows:

Most Clays will contain Aluminum among other minerals, both good and bad dependent upon what you read...

I think where we tend to get hung up is on this or that mineral, vitamin substance ALONE. Studies that show benefits or dangers of this or that INDIVIDUAL vitamin or mineral is JUNK Science and we have been lied to for a century http://www.hundredyearlie.com/

Health is not about individual minerals or vitamins, it is about the synergistic affect from whole food sources. If we supplement with a mineral or vitamin, we could actually be doing ourselves more harm than good because the complementing components are missing! In order to use this type of source our bodies must chose whether it will sacrifice another function in order to use the supplement by providing the missing pieces.
