Ummm ~ lets see ~ domestic violence/abuse for 20 years - 2 miscarriages - victim of an armed robbery - 3 years of nasty divorce proceedings - son hit by car at same time and left with life long problems as a result - financial coping (ran a business on my own) - father major heart attack - mother died - other son drug induced phsychotic events/jail - 30 cigarettes a day = menopause (SCREAM) - trials of HRT and bio identical hormones - brainless doctors who prescribed Antibiotics and DON"T listen! became part of the problem and not part of the solution! - anti deps/anit anziety drugs....the list is endless not to mention the "normal" little things in life...
30 odd years on after this level of continual and overlapping stress and I have candia overgrowth - yep I can see the connection.
I removed myself physically - now I have this! Can't bloody win!
I have been thinking about hypnosis (you vill vemember nooooting - whadayareckon lol

How does one even begin to recover after this lot and with candida?
ie:- Stop smoking/stop thinking/stop eating(can't even eat the good stuff) - REBUILD ONES IMMUNE SYSTEM - maintain a good outlook on life and still function on a basic level - cleaning/earn a living - look after ones self/critters - no support sytstem....
Did someone mentioned STRESS!!!
