I've been thinking lately about the connection between candida and stress. I am the kind of person who worries constantly and I know that in the past, I've had physical reactions to my worrying--hives, nausea, etc. I'm wondering how many of you out there would consider yourselves as stressballs--with poor coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety/stress? Maybe a little meditation would help us all! Anyone else a little neurotic?;)
