By the way Glax, I got my Lugol's today, does it help in killing the parasites too? I know I need to go start reading on the Iodine forum and in the information about it, just wondered. It says 3x a week for bacterial/viral? My husband knows me too well, he told me to go by what the bottle says- but with the parasites and the bacterias etc they give off, EBV, and HPV, and having had Rocky Mountain Spotted (tick)fever 40 years ago, I'm thinking daily?
