I have had the phlegm thing going on too and that has made me aware of my swallowing. I have read that the hormone imblance causes sinus issues and I think that is what is causing that for me. A few times when I was noticing it a lot I took some Mucinex to help thin it and it did help to clear it out, but it just keeps coming back for me once I stop taking it. I think it will be like that until I fix the underlying problem, which I truly believe was the Mirena. Tweet
