Thanks for your lovely and informative post. I just can't see how the girls/we all were not exposed/infected when the puppy came along...I was pretty amazed by the time the third doctor heard the story and smilingly dismissed it as nonsense! I mean, if I had said, "Somebody was over at my house sneezing...I just found out he has TB!" I am SURE the doctors would have said, "Oh my goodness -- you have been exposed!" I think there is a real bias in this country that "we" don't get parasites -- that's what they get in Mexico or India, etc. -- but I do believe RG when he says that if you have pets, you probably have parasites (RG, don't you say that?? ;). And I have had dogs all of my life, and for the past ten years my own cat, plus all of the fosters and strays...Lord knows what kind of outlaws are in my stomach and innards.

If you have Fibromyalgia, you might want to go over to Iodine Supplementation and ask about it/do a search on that forum. I have a friend who has been doing a lot of iodine reasearch and he thinks that a major cause of Fibromyalgia may be iodine deficiency (20% of iodine is stored in the skin, but women we are especially susceptible to losing it in our skin because the body will "take" it for the reproductive organs first and leave the skin deficient (other women's health problems associated with iodine deficiency include fibrocystic breast disease, ovarian cysts (which are linked to ovarian cancer). Take a look!

Thanks again...my husband and I are doing another adult cleanse now, and I am going to keep trying the children's dose in this food or that to get it in them. I am planning to re-treat the dogs and cat during the last several days of our cleanse. I bought a ton of Humaworm stuff last summer! (Seeing the roundworms coming out of the dog was a HUGE motivator... .)
