Re: An effective enema technique

This is the morning of my 7th cleansing day. I used enema with a total of 3 usgals of water to flush my bowel. Water discharged to the toilet at the end is very clear. Nothing black like mucoid plaque.

Note that my previous enemas were using only 3/4 usgal per enema. I think that this could be my problem.

I also found that the breathing exercise on the toilet bowl helps to empty more my bowel. Tweet
