The book "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management" is by Dr Jensen. It is a must read if you are doing this program. It is my number one book for bowel cleansing and most books on the subject since then have copied or referenced this book. You can get it very cheaply on Amazon.

It is strange that you have not got any mucoid plaque out yet. Normally after the second or third day it should start coming. I wonder if the chocolate disrupted the cleansing process? In my experience, any kind of food can stop the cleansing process during a fast.

According to Dr Jensen's program the honey and Apple Cider Vinegar should be taken together with the supplements, one and a half hours away from the psyllium and clay drink. So the honey which is absorbed quickly by your stomach, will not be absorbed by the psyllium.

Where did you find your version of the Dr Jensen program? Could you send me the link if it was a website? I am wondering if it is the correct program.

My mother did the program and did not get any plaque out, but this is very rare, and not necessarily a sign of having a clean body.
