So it is the "Dr Jensen's Guide to Bowel Care" of Dr Jensen? I folow this book. May be the book name changed? You can see the picture of the book on the top left corner of the page of this forum.

I took the chocolate only on the night of my 4th day. I did follow the program correctly before that.

By the way, I just did my enema 5 minutes ago and found some black pieces of 1/4" x 1.5" going out at the very end of my enema. May be it start to come? Today is my 6th day of the program.
