Re: my child is an adult
Oh, absolutely, you KNOW I was not intending
to shove any responsibility to help facilitate
change off my plate. BUT, I am grateful that
for the moment I do not have to go down and
fight with the school administration too. I
sure have in the past, and like you, take seriously
the need to educate our children, and ourselves.
I felt it was important to be involved in school
and I was. I feel very good about the influence
I had on the kids and kids will see me on the
street whose lives I touched and they hug me
and say hi which makes me feel all that effort
was worth it. Now, we are fighting for our kids
but the enemy is some twisted ideology. Most
certainly I would be home-schooling. It is so
difficult however for me to comprehend the
scope of the coming shifts since who would
have ever thought that the story of the three
bears would be politically incorrect? How far
will the government go to interfere with our
rights to influence our offspring?? Will books
be burned and history rewritten to reflect the
New Order?? It is difficult to watch and so
believe me, if opportunity knocks and provides
me ways to make a difference, I sure will.
Certainly, I support what you are doing and
appreciate you taking time to keep us aware
that the ground beneath our feet is falling
away. In some ways this loss of freedom has
been implemented so stealthily that it is
hard to imagine how it could have happened.
I say I am an American and I live in America
but what does that mean anymore?? I love my
country...but feel deep down that this rogue
administration has taken us in a wrong direction.
You have my prayers and best wishes~~
blessings,
Zoe
