I have not read "A New Earth". Had the book "Power of Now" and was not reading it, so from a link Zoe posted I ordered the audio book. It is pretty amazing stuff!

I have decided that this year, I AM going to stay on track...no matter who (or what) wants to see otherwise. Sorry, had a friend today try to give me her garbage based on fasting for 40 days...lol...fasting, period, really! I got all knotted in the stomach and realized it was not my stuff but hers. She had to hang up, I felt better. When she called back, we talked and when she started saying something, I didn't reply. When I did, I told her I didn't want to argue, so she said she would let me go...LOL.
