I am doing good, Tracie. Thanks for asking.

I began a fast yesterday. LOL Fortunately, I have been off work, these past 2 days, so I didn't have to test my resolve. Although I go back to work tomorrow.

I know I will succeed. I AM fasting for 40 days. I will be doing a few herbs along with it, also.

I am also listening to an audio book of "The Power of Now", while in the car. It is really awesome to be 'aware' of yourself. Also, beginning tomorrow, at work, I will be listening to CDs of Abraham-Hicks. I believe this is the year of ME !

I am glad you are using your Reiki again. I am sure it will help you.
