I have the Abraham-Hicks cd's on my iPod. I also have the Power of Now there too. Have you read his second book, A New Earth. I loved that book. I actually started to re-read it recently. I find that I do so well whilst I am still reading and listening to the stuff, but once I stop, old patterns creep back in.
