All I can tell you is that I had my surgery on October 25th. It wasn't that bad. Only took about 5 mins. I am scheduled for my follow up next wednesday. I feel much better. All they did is remove the small abnormal section of my cervix. It won't affect my ability to have more children if I were to decide to do that. The one thing I can say is that if you had a pap come back abnormal but then had the next one come back normal, then I wouldn't worry about it. Just continue to stay checked out every 3-6 months to make sure it doesn't go back to abnormal. If it's normal now, you probaley have nothing to worry about.
