Liquid Fast (Feast)

Many people in the past have started or re-started on sodium chlorite in conjunction with a liquid fast (or feast). This is less harsh than a full fast, and is basically like this:

You eat only liquids for breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as Creamy Cucumber Soup, Popeye Soup, Veggie Smoothies, etc... (The soups are only warmed by a blender, or just barely warmed on the stove, but below 118 F).

And you drink as much pure (distiller or RO water, conditioned) water as you want - at least a liter per 40 lbs of body weight; you can also put a tspn of grass/veggie powder in each of the liters.

Additionally, you take a cascara sagrada blend to allow the colon to completely cleanse, and make sure you get EFA's several times per day (several tablespoons of Udo's oil per day, or some ground flax seeds, or fish oil capsules, etc...).

I have a bunch of different recipes for this "feast" ... these recipes are only made with organic veggies if possible.

You can do this for 3,5 or 10 days or whatever ... the usual is 7 - 10 days ... and it is done at the same time as sodium chlorite/MMS.

This liquid feast gives your body supreme nutrition, without giving you anything that will feed the pathogens, or anything which the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will want to attack (acidic foods).

This is by FAR the best way to jump start on sodium chlorite that I have seen, but it takes more commitment and effort. Sometimes it is the best way to start for someone with severe or aggressive health challenges, and then sometimes such people cannot do it.

But, since the acid food and drink we continue to ingest while doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement are often some of the main causes of detox symptoms, by paring the diet down to this liquid feast for a short term we give the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement free reign to do its thing.

If you are interested in any of these recipes for the Liquid Feast, I would be happy to email them to you.

Scott
