I have been doing the IR sauna thing while taking MMS, thinking it would eliminate some of the toxins.
I finally backed off the MMS because it was making me constipated, and worse, my stools were a grey color, with no structure. No diarhia , but not normal either. A concern because I have had a couple of bouts with UC, and didn't want to take the chance of returning there.
After the holidays I will continue followed by a water fast. Did a 21 day water fast a few months ago, and felt like I was getting it together. The MMS before the fast should be better.
"I sweat in the tanning bed and feel that both of these are a very good complement to MMS. It helps with letting the skin do a lot of the elimination of toxins. "
Any elimination of sweat would help I assume.
The difference between the tanning bet, or other sources of heat is that they only apply ambient heat whereas the IR heat penetrates the body tissues to mobilize the toxins in the fat cells where most toxins are dumped that cannot be exited from the body in the normal manner.
