With the really "nice" (i.e. fragile, expensive) oils, like hemp, flax, Udo's, etc., I have always leaned toward ingesting them rather than pulling with them. But only because we are on a pretty tight budget -- as soon as that changes I hope to pull with flax seed more regularly!
Currently I am using sesame oil with some ooo (oil of oregano) mixed in. Have not done this ooo mix in many months, and it is definitely eliciting some junk in the form of some big zits, ugh. But, better out than in!
