Interesting that so many tablespoons of oil are required to make skin soft while ingesting. The single tablespoon of flaxseed oil while OPing is enough to make my skin actually oily feeling and I'm over 50. In fact many of the benefits you list I and others here obtain by pulling a single table spoon worth once a day (and of course spitting most of that out).
And I remember that when I used to ingest a couple tablespoons of flax oil a couple times a day, I can't say I had any observable results at all. Nothing like the amazingly oily skin, silky looking hair, etc I get from pulling (and spitting out) much less of it. This OP is cool stuff for sure.
