Re: Not a fan
JS,
He definitely is biased and I am a big fan of WAP and most of what Sally F. has to say, but it's important not to throw the baby out with the bathwater -- there is some good information for people who already know some information about fats, saturated fats, etc. I also got some 3-6-9 last year and used it for a while, but I realized I had fallen love with the idea of it, and the bottle itself, and it really was not that different of an experience for me with OP, etc. --
My increasing feeling is that it is so hard to trust anyone who is selling something. I don't think their bias is intentional -- i.e. "I'm going to tell an untruth or a partial truth in order to sell my products" -- it's more that I question one's ability to be clear and serve more than one primary purpose. I feel this way about so many -- Mercola, now Udo, here on Curezone there are several -- and so around these people in particular I try to be aware that they have great information sometimes (or, quite often) but to also keep in mind that there is money involved, which can do strange things to people without their even knowing it -- in fact, the combination of money + authority (selling products from your own site/forum where you dispense information, too) can bring out the worst of one's ego!
I always admire the WAP crew for being advocates rather than merchants first and foremost. So much critical information there that I tend to trust because it's not embedded in product info...
