That's hilarious -- and people do believe more in any product, whether it's legal services or herbs or tennis shoes, if they perceive that it is something of value rather than free, which makes a product or service suspect or deficient to many.
I just feel differently about someone like Barefoot than I do about, say, RG over at Humaworm. And it's a spiritual difference that I sense. Both men sell herbs. Both men have great insights and experience. Both men offer, then, great advice. But there is just a difference between RG's approach and Barefoot's that makes me think that the latter *is* somewhat affected by the authority he has on his forum and the money he makes from the products. I don't get that same feeling from RG.
Money, property, prestige, and authority are all places where the ego can get out of balance, is just my point....
