I am 53 and had a couple of hot flashes in my
early 40's and began using kelp then to regulate
my hormones. I also began doing breast massage
in the way of the deer exercises which also
contributed to smoothing out hormonal jags.

Here is a phenomenal book title from my library
which I found MOST helpful in approaching my
menopausal years~~
"Menopausal Years~The Wise Woman Way" by Susun Weed~~

Additionally, I love ginseng tea during my cycle
when I am bleeding which also evens things out,
and I get extra iron and other minerals by dosing
myself with unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses.
Since using the natural approach, I have not had
any outrageous menopausal symptoms, rather my cycles
have evened out and are like clockwork....
blessings,
Zoe
